Description
Fileback tab dividers, also called medical chart dividers, are frequently used in the healthcare field, and are typically made of paper. They feature prong fasteners at the top that allow you to file your 2-hole punched paperwork without a binder. Choose from several paper thicknesses in either white or manila/beige. We can print the tab extensions only, or we can also print logos or divider names on the body of the sheet. Mylar is available in to add onto the tab extensions to make them more durable. You can also custom order chart divider fileback dividers in poly plastic material for extreme durability and clean-room safety.
