The Safety Speed SR5A ACM Panel Saw and Router Combo is a complete machine that provides the safest and fastest method for cutting or routing panels. No need to buy individual parts separately as the combo comes fully accessorized and ready to use. Included in the combo are Fixed Stand, MID-WAY FENCE™ with stop, MID-WAY FENCE™ flip stop, a pair of 22" extensions, hold down bar, left and right quick stop gauges, specialty saw blade and router bit for v-grooving, four material clamps, two blind dado stops, Dust kit, and wheels. This vertical cutter enables a single operator to handle and cut full-sized sheets safely and accurately while creating a fluid cutting system. The router is capable of making plow and cross dados as well as rabbets. A floating router head allows the router to plunge and raise from the panel at any given time. The design allows for accurate cutting and V-grooving of ACM panels. A unique floating router with a nylon guide guarantees a consistent depth of cut. Switching from saw to router is quick and can be done in less than a minute. The combo also features a dust system that keeps the workplace clean and dust-free while cutting and routing so operators can focus on getting things done.
