Open Positions

Communicate regularly with shift supervisors and managers to ensure production runs smoothly and within expected time frames. Monitors and tracks performance against standards/productivity metrics. Examines work orders to ensure specifications and samples are adhered to. Inspects quality according to specifications and guidelines. Champions safety for the shift. Conducting regular/cycle inventory counts or raw materials and finished goods. Managing consumable and component inventories, reordering when needed. Provide relevant operational and administrative support as needed. Recording daily production output (finished goods, defective goods, etc.); data entry. Assisting with the coordination of production workflow. Frequently required to walk the production floor and occasionally stand for a long period of time

We are looking for a dedicated Purchasing Agent to join our procurement team. Someone who can critically assess suppliers, products, and services, and negotiate the best possible deals. Ultimately, someone who has a keen sense of business and maintains meticulous transaction records. The Purchasing Agent reports to the Purchasing Manager.

Oversee and support overall warehouse including pick/pack, shipping/receiving, and inventory. Supervise and train all warehouse personnel (be part of the interview process for new hires). Responsible for organization and maintenance of Inventory. Assist in loading and unloading of all trucks/trailers, and containers. Handle all customer orders for pick-up at warehouse. Arrange all truck and/or messenger deliveries when needed. Attach all truck and messenger freight charges to original SO for billing. Perform inventory cycle counts as often as possible. Make pick-up arrangements and receive RAs as needed. Maintain Warehouse in a safe and orderly environment following all required safety regulations both state and federal. Enter purchase orders for Warehouse supplies. Work closely with sales and customer service regarding any customer issues.

Spiral Binding is seeking an individual to manage and collect on delinquent accounts. The primary goal is to collect and reduce the days sales outstanding. The Credit/Collections calls, emails, receives credit card payments, and researches payments off the AR Aging Report. Run credit hold order reports and prepare additional weekly and bi-weekly reports. Works with the Sales Dept to collect any outstanding debts. Establish open lines of credit by processing credit applications including contacting banks and references to determine a credit limit. Facilitate customer service issues when trying to collect. The PIM Administrator will have overall responsibility for the PIM and Digital Asset Management (DAM) database. They will be accountable for maintaining and monitoring core product data within the PIM system to ensure data is complete, accurate, and updated in a timely manner. They will be responsible for the connection between products in the PIM and on the websites/digital catalogs. They will ensure data quality requirements, maintaining master item data and digital assets. They will work toward continuous improvement of existing procedures and protocols around data management operations. They will be responsible for product data and digital assets in the PIM for the purpose of serving online customers through varied e-commerce channels and other business initiatives. Performs other assorted duties as assigned.

Utilize electrical and mechanical diagrams to evaluate the integrity of the equipment, which may entail disassembly, inspection of electrical and mechanical components, and checking safety devices for proper function. Conduct full function testing performed as a means of quality control. Install replacement parts. Work to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain all repairs, train operators, and staff as necessary. Support of local territory/including some national travel. Parts specialist for planning equipment service/ install schedule. The ideal candidate will have: Excellent mechanical and Electrical skills and oral communication skills. Proficiency in reading and understanding electrical schematics and machine parts drawings. Professional communications customer service skills.

The ideal candidate will have a unique ability to take information and re-write it 4-5 different ways to create enough differentiation for SEO requirements, while keeping all versions clean, professional, and informative. They will be a fast study, able to research and quickly understand new products.

This position has a broad base of product development elements, lead generation and has the potential to build applicant skills and experience with the internal drive and passion to learn. The Digital Merchandiser will manage the merchandising of all pages across all websites, including eCommerce websites and other digital catalogs, ensuring that products are displayed the correct way, categories are merchandised correctly, and customers can easily find and order items. This team member will be user experience (UX) focused, and continually strive to improve UX for site visitors. They will utilize various tools (including Google Analytics, Search Console, heat maps, AHREFS, etc.) to research, analyze, and determine the best ways to organize the various digital catalogs/websites. They will publish the data from the PIM to the websites for review and testing. They will audit and maintain the catalog information on a continuous basis.
