This innovative product is one of its kind that is existing in the market giving you an edge if you require labeling your products. Labels are printed based on your specifications and are already placed in the bagged products. Theis highly suitable when using poly mailers that must always come with shipping labels or even in your inventory needs. The label printer is compatible with direct thermal labels, thermal transfers, and even with custom pre-printed labels that require the use of high color graphics. The machine is capable of accomplishing 40 bags/min, allowing for faster output for smaller batches. the product is designed to be portable and can be moved no matter where you want to set up your bagging process. Able to process poly bags on a roll up to 12” wide and 20” long, our product can accommodate items of varying sizes. The sealing magnet can produce perfect hermetic seals in poly bags up to 4 mils in thickness even with continuous and long-term use. the user can easily navigate the touchscreen interface and be able to enter various commands to produce the desired output. The seal flattener ensures that the poly bags are well arranged to produce uniform products all the time. An articulating bag is also part of the product to easily move the heavy items and a load shelf allows the users to transfer or move the items at varying angles.
