The Coverbind CBPF440 folder machine has a belt-operated stacker conveyor to keep the folded documents neat and consecutive. It also has a 3-digit counter to keep track of the amount of folded sheets. The auto batch mode folds a predetermined number of sheets with a break between sets for convenient handling. With the auto-batching feature, this automatic paper folder switches between jobs without additional prompting from me. It's super convenient to set up multiple jobs, select my settings, press start, and then return to all sheets neatly folded in the output tray.
I don't feel overwhelmed with dozens of folding options because there are only 4 pre-programmed folds to keep it simple. I can choose from the standard half, C, Z, and double parallel folds. I can easily check my job status with the built-in 3 –digit counter. The 3-digit counter also saves me time because I don’t have to recount my sheets.
