Fletcher-Terry FSC 65" Substrate Cutter

This cutter can cut aluminum composites, aluminum sheets, corrugated plastics, PVC and foam board, acrylics/Plexiglass, glass/mirrors, MDF, and metal cutting for print to metal applications with its Interchangeable Cutting Head Technology that allows the cutter to be be fitted with multiple cutting blades, scoring tips and cutting wheel holders. In addition to cutting, the cutter also includes a V-Groove Cutting Tool used with ACM material to allow bending and fabrication techniques. The cutter can slice materials up to 65” high (1.65m). For precise cutting, a laser sight line that is adjustable for knife or wheel cutting operation projects a line where the cut is to be made on the substrate thus eliminating the guess work and costly errors. The cutter is sharp enough that it cuts clean without debris and without the need for second processing. For operator control and dexterity, the cutter is equipped with an ergonomic twin handle cutting head.
