With the Onglématic O3 tab cutter from James Burn, you can offer your clients and internal staff the access to quick turn-around index tab dividers, without the wait or additional coats associated with outsourcing. With this premium-quality manual index tab cutter you can create perfect index tabs in a 1/2" extension and in any tab cut size from 1/12 cut to 1/2 cut . This means that you can create index tabs with between 2 and 12 tabs along an 11" edge, or between 2 and 9 on an 8.5" edge. A magnetic lateral stop with inch measurements helps ensure perfect placement of your sheets so that each set of tabs will be identical. With the O3 tab cutting machine you can cut through between 10-15 sheets of 20 lb. bond paper at a time, or the equivalent of index stock (most often between 90 - 110 lb. Index).

This tab cutter is simple to use, and will work with paper stock up to about 120 lb. bond, which equates to about 250 lb. Index stock. Most index tabs are created with 90 lb. to 110 lb. index. This additional capacity also means that the Onglematic O3 tab cutter can cut through coated stocks, laminate, cardboard, and poly up to the equivalent thicknesses/densities. Remember to always lessen the number of sheets you cut at one time for any stocks thicker than 20 lb. to reduce wear to the blade and machine.

How to Use the Onglematic O3 Tab Cutter
   1. Set the magnetic paper stop using the ruled guide to your paper size and desired tab size
   2. Pull down the guillotine handle to cut the first edge
   3. Move the side stop to the hole for the desired tab size, and cut again
   4. Repeat this process for all tabs in your set
