For the hand fed bookletmaker market, the Plockmatic BM60 Booklet Maker is the market leader. Up to 22 sheets of 80gsm paper can be saddle staple giving booklet the 88 pages. It can also produce side and corner stapled documents. By simply changing the stapler head, you can create loop stapled documents. This compact and simple-to-use machine's operator panel allows you to activate or deactivate features such as manual or automatic mode, stapling off for folding only or folding off for stapling only. The Morgana Squarefold 104, which enhances the appearance of the booklet by square folding the spine to make it appear flatter and more like a perfect-bound book, can be connected to the BM60. BM60 can run sheets ranging from 60gsm to 250gsm and from SRA3 to A5 to produce A6 to A4 sized booklets.
