Hot Melt Padding Glue for PadMaster 2000 - 9 lbs 1 /Each

The Brackett Inc padding glue, model 551692, is a 9 lb box of specially-formulated standard padding adhesive that performs exceptionally well. This glue is recommended for medium- to high-binding applications where substrate materials to be bound are standard type stocks with normal to high absorbency. 108525 comes standard in most Brackett padders and works well in all types of hot melt padding equipment that uses open whee; type applicators, most recognizably the Padmaster 2000 automatic paper padding machine. It is sold in a box with 9 lbs. of glue. Model 551692-5 is a nine pound box of 108525.

Developed exclusively as a padding adhesive where good flexibility is required. Brackett 108525 is recommended for medium to high binding applications where substrate materials to be bound are standard type stocks with normal to high absorbency. This adhesive comes standard with Circular Padders and PadMasters and works well in all types of hot melt padders.

Features*: Brackett 108525 possesses excellent pot life, heat stability, low odor, low smoking and can be applied at a lower temperature than other flexible hot melt adhesives providing faster setting time. 108525 also has exceptional clarity thanks to the use of an unpigmented white resin. The use of a superior anti-oxidant stabilizer provides for less charring. 

Application Equipment: Brackett 108525 is formulated to use in any padding machine using an open-wheel type applicator such as the Brackett PadMaster 2000 or the Brackett Circular Padder. 

FDA Status: : Ingredients comply with regulations for use in food packaging adhesives as per FDA regulation 175.105 

Storage Conditions: Store at room temperature. Rotate stock using the oldest material first. Shelf life is 12 months.
