Paitec IM4500 Pressure Sealer

The Paitec IM4500 is an in-line pressure seal machines which connects directly to the back of many HP and other brand high speed laser printers for automatic processing. It allows you to print 'n mail in one easy step. Imagine the time savings it will offer you!

The IM4500 will processes up to 3,300 forms per hour with a monthly duty volume of 50,000 pieces. It features an automatic by-pass tray which kicks out double feeds so the machine can keep operating. Plus a manual feed slot for pre-folded forms which still need to be sealed. With the included Jetlink Communication tool, the operator the ability to control both machines from printer and automatically stops the printer if IM4500 stops.

Features:

• The IM4500 has an automatic double feed diverter system. This integrated imaging system detects unrecognized papers and double feeds, diverting them into the by-pass tray.
• The simple manual feeder allows the processing of single or damaged forms.
• Compatible with most laser printers that have a rear exit option.
• The folding unit slides out on glides to permit easy access to the pressure rollers for maintenance.
• The IM4500 has the JetLink Printer Communication System. This allows for communication between the printer and the Pressure Sealer, allowing the printer to stop printing in the event of a jam.
