Designed to provide speeds of up to 12 packages per minute, this machine is as fast as it is practical. The frame measures only 76" in length, which means that the unit will easily fit in compact spaces. Apart from the re-circulating air flow around on the heat tunnel, this system also features an adjustable seal head, stainless steel film clamps, a magnet hold down system for even sealing pressure, and a powered conveyor with a Teflon belt and rollers that moves processed packages from the sealing area to the heat tunnel. The sealer features micro knife technology and has a seal area of 15" W x 19" L, while the heat tunnel has a convenient anti-jam feature, AC variable speed conveyor, and automatic cool down.
