With the SubliPro 4827 CE (380V/3Ph) Conveyer Sublimation Oven - 48" Belt, you can create customised high-quality items perfect for any occasion. This sublimation oven is ideal for high volume sublimation printing as it can produce 750 to 1100 mugs per hour. It has a 27 ft long and 48 inches wide conveyor belt, an even temperature profile, a larger door opening, and an advanced cooling system. The temperature variation in the oven chamber is reduced to within 10°F of the set process temperature thanks to its specially engineered and positioned heaters and an advanced, highly efficient recirculating air flow system. This will meet the curing needs of even the most difficult and unforgiving substrates. The SubliPro 4827 can cure sublimation on a wide range of substrates, including wide, narrow, white, black, a variety of different colours, and up to 8.5" tall. This includes a wide range of sizes and shapes, including dog and cat bowls, latte mugs, glasses, bottles, beer steins, and shot glasses, among others.
