Clear Screw Posts

Clear binding posts give a clean and simple appearance. Snap-lock and push-lock posts are composed of tough resin plastic and are available in a variety of sizes and shapes. Snapping the posts together rather than screwing them together is the best way to secure them. Once they are forced closed, they are held in place by a threaded mechanism. Even though they can be untied, they are regarded semi-permanent bindings due to the difficulty of the process of untying. Depending on their size, pliers and power are required to separate them (longer posts are harder to de-bind). From 1/8" up to 1", transparent book binder posts are supplied in the standard style, or as a push-lock version, in a range of sizes.
