Our colored clear view binders are available in many sizes from 1/2" up to 3". All sizes feature a round-ring style with the ring mounted onto the spine. The sheet capacity varies depending on the ring size you choose. Check out the chart below for approximate capacity ratings for each ring diameter. Our 3 ring binders also have boosters on the ring mechanism spine, making it easy to open the rings without having to pull on them, which can risk damaging their alignment. Instead, just press down on the tabs at each end of the metal spine piece at the same time to open the rings and allow for the inserting of your loose-leaf pages.

Letter size view binders are a popular solution for organizations of all kinds, including individuals, schools, businesses, or anyone else who needs a quality ring binder. These ring binders are letter size, so they work with standard US letter size insert sheets, which measure 8.5 inches wide and 11 inches high, while also allowing the extra width needed for index tabs. Our ring binders are made of the highest quality materials including extra thick 90 point chipboard and durable 20mm metal.

Clearview binders are made-to-order and require an average of about 7-10 business days to manufacture, plus transit time. They are manufactured in the USA to top-quality standards and for quick shipping to your office, home, or warehouse. Because they are manufactured to order, they are considered custom and are therefore not returnable, refundable, or exchangeable. They require a minimum purchase of one full case, which is 60 binders. You can order any quantity above 60 and do not need to order in full case quantities after the first case minimum requirement is met.
