Easy to Use: The DocuPunch® MINI is as easy to use as any standard office printer or copier. This means that there is no special training required before any operator in your shop uses it, and no complicated settings or adjustments that would require a background in mechanics. All you have to do is set up the machine for your job using the simple icon-based touch pad, place youe stack od documents to be punched on the feed table, press start, and walk away. This means an operator doesn't have to stand by he machine while it runs, leaving them time to work with other machinery, and saving your company money in labor.
Versatile: The DocuPunch® MINI can be used on a huge variety of paper stocks, from standard 20 lb. bond copy paper, to up to 110 lb. index, with a pick thickness of a maximum of 0.4mm. It will quickly and efficiently handle mixed stacks of stock without any hassle, including collated sets, keeping everything aligned and in the pre-collated order. We stock a variety of punching dies with patterns for Wire-O®, spiral binding / plastic coil, plastic comb, 3-hole for binders, and velo bind patterns. If you need something different, we can also make custom dies for the DocuPunch® MINI to your exact specifications.
Fast: The DocuPunch® MINI is incredibly fast, especially when you consider it's compact size. It will run at speeds up to 10,800 sheets per hour, or about 45 cycles per minute. Changing out the die for a different punching pattern can be completed in less than a minute, so you can switch jobs without hassle or down time.
Accurate: DocuPunch® MINI creates perfectly punched holes that are centered on your pages. The quality output of this powerful little machine is unmatched with perfect punching registration. The top-of-pile positive sheet pickup also lends to accuracy, as well as helps prevent static charge and hassle handling your punched pages.
