• Do I need to empty pill bottles before shredding them? It is recommended to empty the bottles, but destruction of pills will not demage the machine thanks to the automatic oiling system.

• What happens if I destroy a bottle with liquid inside? First nothing will happen, but in the long-term some liquids like cough syrup might demage the machine.
