Lanyards

A lanyard is a strap or cord that can be fastened to objects with a clip or knot. Lanyards are helpful for keeping items close or prominent and prevent you from misplacing them. Many people use lanyards to attach access key cards needed to enter a building and display badges in the workplace. A lanyard is typically worn around the neck, allowing the attached object to dangle about the middle. Lanyards can also save time and effort: Quickly show your ID or scan your badge without rummaging through your pockets.
