Our Rollbag R785 Automatic Bagger is a cost-efficient yet effective solution to your bagging needs. Made portable with its compact design but this bagger packs the same punch as the electronic components are similar to the bulkier floor-standing baggers. With the ability to run at a pace of up to 40 bags/min, your bagging needs are optimized even for small batches. Our product is able to operate even without compressed air and needs no other support equipment. Designed to be portable, this compact yet powerful machine can be plugged literally almost anywhere with an outlet. The automatic bagger is powerful enough to be able to use poly bags on a roll up to 12” wide and 20” long. The machine operates using powerful sealing magnets that produce perfect hermetic seals in poly bags up to 4 mils in thickness to ensure the security of your products. A well-designed touchscreen feature makes the navigation of the machine easier and its ability to store up and process up to 50 jobs makes it the optimum product. Having a seal flattener allows the machine to stretch the poly bag before automatically closing it to ensure a seamless output and keep the bag airtight. Support functions included in the machine are an articulating bag to be able to handle bulkier products with ease, and a load shelf that allows the user to easily navigate and move the products being processed.
